The Full Kebab includes meze followed by meat kebabs - seftali, kofte, shish kebab, chicken kofte and lamb chops freshly grilled over real charcoal (MANGAL) and served individually one after another

Charcoal-grilled seasoned pieces of chicken with vegetables.

PASHA KOFTESI
The Pasha's favourtie dish - chargrilled minced lamb mixed with herbs,
spices and Kashar cheese.

KUZU PIRZOLA
Marinated lamb chops.

LAMB ROSEMARY
Strips of lamb in white wine, mushroom and Rosemary sauce.

ADANA Kebab
From Adana in the South of Turkey; red chillies roughly chopped, with
minced lamb on skewer cooked on charcoal.

DONER Kebab
House special lamb shawarma doner seasoned with fine herbs.

ISKENDER
Doner kebab served with are special sauce and yoghurt.

SEFTALI KEBAB
Uniquely delicious combination of minced lamb rolled with banna and
chargrilled.
